It would be beneficial if the hotel could offer transfers who do not come with a car as part of their normal service.

I spent my New Year at the hotel and it was absolutely wonderful. the views from our room were breathtaking. the location was spot on, right in the heart of the mountains and it really added to the whole experience. the breakfast and dinner was always fresh and delicious, it was such a treat. the staff were all friendly and helpful with anything we needed. the sauna and spa facilities were great and really helped us unwind after a day of hiking.

The only downside about this hotel was the lack of options for vegetarians during meals. As a vegetarian, I expected to have more than one option for the entrees.
